Dr. Radnitz is a certified cognitive therapist, www.academyofct.org, with over 30 years’ experience practicing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). She has advanced training in treatment of OCD and has successfully treated many individuals with severe, complicated and treatment-resistant OCD. Other areas of expertise include anxiety (including panic disorder), depression, trichotillomania and other body-focused repetitive behaviors, PTSD, substance abuse, anger management, assertiveness training, stress management, and help with “life” problems.
Dr. DiMatteo has extensive experience treating older adolescents and young adults as they navigate periods of transition particularly during high school, college, and the post-partum period. Her areas of expertise include anxiety and depression, as well as trauma, stress management, and life adjustments. She also has specialized training in working with young adults on the Autism Spectrum as they seek to establish independence and succeed in their educational and career goals.
